We want everyone to know we take things very seriously right now and with permission from our MP's office, we are still operating as a hands-off delivery service for our create at-home kits. We have been waiting to get it in writing that we are allowed to operate so we have taken a few days off, but intend to get going again this week as we know some of you out there really need a distraction :)
We want to be completely transparent about how we are operating because we know there are businesses out there not following the rules and we want you to know our process.
All orders must be placed online at this time or by email (we will be responding daily to any inquiries from our homes). If we get orders, 1 staff will (alone) be in store on Mondays and Thursdays (only if we have orders) to pack them. If you wish to do curbside pick up, it is possible on these days but our doors will be locked. We will confirm when your kit is ready for pick up and please call us from inside your car upon arrival. The staff will put it outside our door and go back inside allowing you to take the package in a hands-off manner.
To start we will be delivering orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays (and increasing as needed) and we ask that you stay inside as we drop off the packages. We will ring your bell to confirm delivery and immediately walk back to our car. If you wish to ask us anything at this time please wait until the staff has walked back from your door before coming out.
On our off days, we hope to bring lots of fun videos and projects to you online for the rest of the week. We will be starting some paid online classes, as well as many free ones on Instagram and Youtube. Check our social media feeds to details!

Also in an effort to help you stay home, we are improving our free delivery requirements to make it more affordable. As of today, we will deliver for free in the immediate Richmond Hill area. If you are within 30 minutes of us but not in Richmond hill, we will offer Free Delivery with a $100 purchase. We will deliver free to the Dufferin/St. Clair area (staff live nearby) and can arrange a hands-off pick-up location in Thornhill as well (contact us for details).
