We are open again for in store painting!

It's Offical! We are so excited to say we are now open again for in-studio painting!

We will be open for walk-in creating or by appointment on Mondays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. We are open by appointment only on Tuesdays and Fridays.

What you need to know about some changes we have made:

-We are following all recommended and required guidelines by health officials & the City Of Richmond Hill which means that masks are required in-store for those that can wear them, especially within 6 feet of others. Please see the guidelines set out by the city of Richmond Hill here:

-We have the front of our studio set up for choosing your art project only (there is no sit down creating in the front of the studio), so you can come in & grab a take-home kit with ease & safety in mind. Our paint bar has moved for easier access while maintaining social distancing whether you are staying or going. We have fun paint splats on the floor to help with distance.

-Our back party room is set up for social distanced painting. Due to space restrictions, we can only fit 4 tables with a maximum of 12-14 people (4 people per table).  We Highly Recommend An Appointment due to our limited seating.

You can book an appointment on our website here: https://glazecraze.ca/products/book-an-appointment

Or use the chat option on the bottom left corner of our site or give us a call at (905) 770-2529 to book. Our website cannot take private bookings before 1pm on any available day, so please reach out to us if you would like a morning booking.

-All bookings made more than 24 hours in advance require a $15 deposit per table. This deposit will go towards any purchase you make in-studio when you visit.

-If you are returning to complete pottery pieces that were included with a prior class or have previously been paid for unfortunately the deposit is still required for all appointments until the pandemic is over. That being said, you are welcome to visit us on our walk-in days and take an available table should it be possible. If this doesn't work for you, or you are not comfortable coming in-studio to paint yet, we suggest picking up your items for the short term and returning once we have returned to normal, when we will happily welcome you back to complete your projects. We will continue to use our locker unit indefinitely for contactless pick up 24/7.
