Pottery Painting for Large Volume Events (Deposit)

Kids choose from dozens of figurine collectables (animals, vehicles, mystical creatures, emoji's, etc). *Items in this package are made local in Ontario and have not been affected by Covid delays.

Kids choose from more functional items that can include mugs, bud vases, banks, small boxes, and more. *Our standard items for this package are currently affected by covid 19 delays/lack of stock and change regularly based on what we are able to get in. They will likely not match the pictures shown.

Kids choose from our most popular items in store such as cupcake/ice cream boxes, sports banks, large mugs, boxes, unicorn statues, etc. *Some items in this package may be affected by COVID 19 delays/lack of stock from our suppliers, some are made local in Ontario and are unaffected (please ask us for details if you would like to make sure all items used at your event are Ontario made).

6" square tiles. This is a great blank canvas shape that almost anything can be painted on, and fits in almost all budgets as our most cost-effective option. *we have a large stock of these in house but delays can be possible during busy seasons, if you have an especially large group please reach out to confirm quantities and dates before booking.

Optional: Have holes pre-drilled to make them hanging plaques for $1 per hole.

The event includes:
•A pottery piece per participant from the chosen package
•All tools, and paint to complete the project.
•Firing of the finished pieces to seal them and make them shiny/food safe
•For events that meet our minimum a staff member/instructor to run the event is included (based on availability), OR for kits, a (full image or video) set of instructions is provided.

•Delivery of kits may or may not be included (based on location and your order)

We have a minimum of $300 spent for a staffed event whether you are a large volume group or non-profit.

If you are a smaller non-profit group we can still offer this discounted pricing to you but with a kit delivered direct to you with full instructions so your staff/volunteers can run the event. Should you have any questions/concerns during the event we can be available for online chat or by email to assist you.

*An additional deposit may be required for extremely large groups, or custom orders

• Painted pottery pieces have a 1 week turnaround before they can be taken home. If you are from a camp and only have your participants Mon-Fri, please contact us so we can discuss what we can do to make it work for your group.

• All finished pieces will be labeled with the artist's name & (if needed) a symbol such as a heart or a star to define the class/group for easy distribution upon final delivery. We wrap all finished pieces in cello & ribbon & attach a card with their name (& a coupon for future art fun).

This deposit is non-refundable. We will honour it as credit if cancellation is made no later than 24 hours prior to the event. We are happy to reschedule as needed without penalty
